The design concept of this work commemorates the land speed record set by Captain George Eston on the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah, USA on September 16, 1938. The Bespoke custom starlight ceiling of the Black Badge Phantom "Black Arrow" Collection Edition model uses 2,117 fiber optic "stars" unprecedentedly, carefully creating a starry romantic night sky for the car. The number of "stars" in this starlight ceiling is the highest among Rolls-Royce models. All the "stars" are arranged by hand by craftsmen, recreating the brilliant stars over the white salt flats of Utah on September 16, 1938, the day when Eston broke the land speed record for the last time.
